ING Nylon Sleeves : designed from A to Z for optimal anchoring
When performing chemical sealing in hollow materials, the use of a high-quality sleeve is essential to ensure the strength of the installation. To meet this need, ING nylon sleeves have been designed to provide reliable sealing regardless of your project.
The advantages of our filters
Unlike standard sleeves, our sleeves manufactured in France, stand out thanks to three features :
- a conical base that improves stability in the holder;
- a fully perforated mesh that optimises resin diffusion along the entire length of the filter;
- and a centring cap to guide the alignment of the threaded rod or our threaded insert.
Their use in hollow materials
Thanks to these three characteristics, ING nylon sleeves ensure optimal anchoring. Designed for hollow materials, our Ø16 sleeves are available in three versions that are suitable for both concrete blocks and hollow bricks.
Ø16 Sleeves – lengths 135 mm and 85 mm
Designed to accommodate M6 to M10 threaded rods, this range of nylon sleeves can reach up to two cavities in concrete blocks, depending on your installation requirements. Their length also allows for even distribution of the resin for your anchoring projects.
Ø16 Sleeve – length 35 mm
Our latest model is specially designed to be used with its M6 or M8 threaded insert to provide a durable anchorage. Its reduced length allows for effective chemical sealing even in the narrow cavities of hollow bricks. It is ideal for installing furniture or accessories for people with reduced mobility.
In brief
Our Ø16 nylon sleeves are designed to provide a robust anchorage for your resin sealings. Our wide range covers most installations requiring precision, durability and strength in hollow materials.
